and geological issues still to be fully disclosed, evaluated and confirmed from reports by professionals that Lee
was mandated to hire and finally did.
To date, and after a full year since mediation, only partial disclosure
and assessments of these ongoing issues at their development have been
minimally completed.
It's
not easy to hold these slimy people accountable but we are committed to stay the
course.

From the Represented Completion) When Conditions Were Even Filthier,
You Were Forced to Close Escrow or Threatened to Not Have Your Money
Refunded, and Had Plans to Construct Exterior Improvements Approved Then
Immediately After the Close of Escrow Have That Approval Rescinded;
and for the next Full Year and a Half Variations of Scenes Like This
Continued (Many Much Worse).

Duped Homeowners Continued for Years at a Largely Unsupervised Lee Homes Development
(This is a Gated Cul de Sac Where There Was No Escape From These Conditions)
Imagine Waking Extremely Early Every Morning and On Weekends to Constant Back-up
Beepers, Heavy Equipment Noise and Rumbling;
Imagine the 'Roach Coach' Horn and Breathe in the Fried Food Stench Mixed
with Diesel Exhaust and Illegally Unmitigated Blowing Dust and Dirt;
Then Top it Off with a Little Bit of Daily Ice Cream Truck Music for the
Obnoxious, Threatening, and Uncaring Workers with one even hired directly
by Lee Homes who bragged of his Felony Record for "Beating Up and
Robbing an Old Lady", and You May Begin to Appreciate What Hell was
Inflicted on Lee Homes' Victims (Customers) over the Many Years it Took
Them to Construct Just 44 Dwellings.

Committed by Lee Homes.
